- Multi State Experience - Serving clients in Arizona, Connecticut, Kentucky, New York, Massachusetts, South Carolina, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Florida.
- Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) – We have experience with Section 202 Direct Loan, Section 811 Elderly Housing, Section 236 Interest Rate Subsidy and Section 8 Housing assistance payments. We provide services to approximately forty projects.
- Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development programs – Assistance provided to clients who file annual reports under many DECD programs.
- Low Income Housing Tax Credits – Accounting and tax services to over sixty low income tax credit projects; several of which have already gone through the strategic issues (regarding dissolution) that arise in Year 15 of a project’s life cycle.
- Community Development Corporations - Many of our projects come from nonprofits sponsors. Out experience in the nonprofit industry provides us with the ability to look at issues from all angles.
- Technical Assistance – Have provided technical support to several state wide initiatives to provide recommendations related to various aspects of affordable housing.
