Because of our commitment to the Hartford community, the Firm actively sponsors a number of charitable fundraising and volunteering events each year. For instance, W&H’s Community Day is an annual event that the Firm sets aside for all employees to volunteer for local organizations, giving them a chance to make a direct impact on the community in which they work.

In addition to sponsoring and staffing our annual Community Day, the Firm sponsors teams and encourages employees to participate in several local events each year, including the Hartford area’s Susan G. Komen Walk for a Cure, the Travelers Championship, and Hartford’s Dragon Boat Races. These events, and others like them, provide members of our Firm the opportunity to increase their involvement in our community, network with co-workers outside of the office, and participate in fun, meaningful activities that make a real difference.
