Ed Sullivan joined Whittlesey & Hadley in 1981 and was named partner in 1992. In over 30 years of public accounting experience, Ed has concentrated on providing accounting and audit services to closely-held businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Ed holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northeastern University in Boston.

Serving a variety of organizations, Ed is a member of the Professional Advisory Committee of the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving; former chair of the CSCPA Not-for-Profit Conference; former Chairman, Board of Directors, Mercy Housing and Shelter Corporation, Inc.; former treasurer, Inter-Community Mental Health Group, Inc.; and former treasurer, United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut. Ed was awarded Trustee of the Year from Mercy Housing and Shelter Corporation. Ed serves on the Board of Trustees of St. Joseph College and is Chair of the PKF North America Not-for-Profit Organizations Committee. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
